How hard is it for you to change the oil in your machine?

Not too bad. Have oil drain hose to front of machine. Pump oil, different story, have to slide machine forward about 18" which is kind of a pain., but don't really change it all that often.

What length bed? This is set up is almost exactly what I have in mind once my truck gives out, minus the hot water.

Can you use that equipment to also wash trucks and trailers? Like 18 wheelers or is it just fixed to buildings only?

Can wash anything you want with it, but serious rubber scrubbers usually have different setups.
