I love camping on the beach. I usually camp on access 5 because the sand isn't as loose and I have a 2x4, but since there are more people there, it gets a little sketchy. I would like to drive out further, but I'm too scared to get stuck since I sometimes camp alone.
@OverlandNomad2 жыл бұрын
Yeah I get ya you don’t wanna risk it especially by yourself but maybe start thinking of a 4x4 or AWD suv bro👍🏼

deploying those types of awnings solo can be hell, thats the reason why i went with a 180 awning.

Amazing sunrise! You’ve got a really nice setup. I’m in San Antonio, still haven’t been to remote parts of South Padre. Hopefully once it starts cooling down. What we’re the temps like? Any mosquitos?

I personally don’t here at the beach but do when I go wheeling. I’ve never gotten stuck here. Driving on the dunes is illegal so not gonna be out there in the very soft sand

I wish you would all learn and research your equipment. Just because others have certain things doesn’t mean they know what they are doing. Do your own research and only get information from great sources, people who have traveled the world or people who have more than 10-20 years of experience. When you snatch with that rope you have to take up all the slack and then just accelerate fast enough and they have to know what to do. I won’t ever recover anyone unless they are setup for it. To much liability.

HE GOT A BRAND NEW RIG, NO MORE 3 SLOW GANG LOL HE A BUSTER
@OverlandNomad2 жыл бұрын
Lol it ain’t new that’s for sure. Also my 3.Slow Pickup is never leaving. Reason why there’s no 3.Slow Episodes is because…the gang really doesn’t hang out like we did in the past. The episodes were us hanging out and sadly that doesn’t happen anymore. It’s hard to say what the future of 3.Slow Gang episodes are because our daily lives change and we all have our daily jobs we go to that can change our schedules.
