When I was a kid a neighbour showed me how cool he was by calling the emergency channel on his CB radio in a distresed-sounding voice and then saying something childish and rude and laughing at them when they responded. That radio call you heard reminded me of that neighbour, someone with nothing good to say and nothing better to do saying something edgy to make himself feel bigger. It might have been a fellow truck driver but given that you were transmitting for everyone's safety if he was a truck driver he was a very unprofessional one, so maybe more likely it came from a clown in a 4WD.
