Hey bro, I have a gym membership at anytime fitness, they're everywhere. $35 a month, and you get a good workout and shower. There is usually decent parking near them. Been doing this for years.

I'm going to trucker School in Montana in a couple months and I'm going to sign up for Planet Fitness because it seems to be the most common commercial gym Nationwide I'll probably run into you in one of them. Keep it up bro

I drove for years man and it takes a toll on you lower body so try to get some Calisthenics in for your legs and some McKenzie Exercises for your Lower Back and Sciatica nerves which I can see you have some Scoliosis already...I personally have a Teeter hang up machine idk if you have room to carry that with you but man it will change you life! Plus u can do many exercises hanging from your feet so check it out and thanks for posting!

The high gear stick looks rather uncomfortable to have your arm that high all day . Surely a shorter gearstick would be better and might save you getting a repetative strain injury.
