when your starting a new DOT number which represents a new company. Do you have to have the drivers perform a drug test all over again even if they just took one within the last 6 months or even 3 days ago? someone told me they have to retake the drug test for the new DOT number.

I setup my USDOT # following your video, got the mc# with it, signed up for the portal account also. Now the fmcsa system does not recognize my email address I used to sign up, error message says invalid user does not match our records. If I try to setup a new account or unlock account, it is saying email already in use! What a joke! Now I'm just stuck
