Interesting! RE: Volvo D-13. Is the valve referred to near the air dryer the unloader valve (heard it called a spitter valve)?

I drove Volvo for many years. One of my videos shows a problem with a D13 randomly cutting turbo boost. We took it to the dealer three times with no resolution to the problem. Can you guess what the problem was?
