I love listening to Tommy Hooker sing as well as his son Jake Hooker. They do beautiful duets. You can always enjoy them on Tru Country.

Such a great voice and playing that walking bass line while he's singing. Lots of singers can't walk and chew gum at the same time. Lots of practice!

One of my fav artists, love Tommy Hookers voice & songs. Had the pleasure of meeting him along with Chuck Cusimano at the stagecoach ballroom while visiting from Australia 😘

Besides that is voice is really nice and that the band sounds great and the dancers are enjoying themselves, how does Tommy manage to sing and play bass so well? Any secrets I can pick up? I’m a beginning country bassist. I love the sound.
