First off the most noticeable thing that has changed is my relationships with people. I didn’t even realize but last year (Jan 2020) I really wanted to be in this friend group but it seemed impossible, and now we hangout at least once a week!! Some things I have noticed that are physical are that I am way better at applying makeup, my rib cage has gotten smaller, and I now fit into my middle school pe uniform again!! I haven’t weighed myself in a while because I don’t want to be discouraged, but I feel so much lighter. My arms and legs have dramatically changed to a more lean muscle shape after I discovered lifting light weights for a lot of reps results in longer muscles. Also, I eat healthy for my meals but I like having snacks and cheat meals occasionally.(P.S. this was kinda already like this before I started listening but I look a lot like moon ka-young!!) Also for some reason I suddenly understand Hangul after studying for months lol. Update 2/25/21: I am probably going to start listening to an ideal life sub as well, but I’ve recently gotten much closer with my friends and feel really...appreciated almost? I also really liked the outfit of Juyeong from the webtoon’s school uniform. (The gray sweater and tennis skirt.) And I went to the mall with my friends and saw them both there? My dad gave me money for shopping also lol. update 09/05/21 GUYS OMG FJSJSJJS ok, so basically I just realized that I literally have a small book store and a park in my neighborhood and I am freaking out because it resembles juyeong’s neighborhood so much. Also I am currently dealing with this person who I’ve liked for 2 years. It’s complicated but basically I asked him out a few months ago and he doesn’t want a relationship, but every time that we hangout we talk for hours and (not to be that person) it feels like something out of a tv show ahh also I know juyeong wasn’t the best at school but I’ve started studying with my friends and it’s almost like the study group from the show? I haven’t even listened for a while but I’m going to start again and update!!

Here are my results. OBS: I ONLY take THIS sub and I hear it through most part of the day without earphones. I also don't look in the mirror very much. Day 1 and 2 : my hair is softer. Which was very easy to notice since it was a mess, veryy tangled before. It's easier to brush it now. I guess my eyes looks bigger but I'm not sure. Day 3 - My mom tried to take a pic of me without me noticing.Then later she came in and said it was because she thought that my face looked prettier and very rosy yesterday and the day before yesterday (when I started to take the subs). My mom doesn't usually compliments me nor notice these things. So I'm happy now. It's working.

update #1: on the way to my first day of this uni semester, a lot of people were staring at me and couldn’t take their eyes off me. i’m used to the attention because i have naturally darker red hair, but it was an overwhelming amount today. i also got very dressed up for class, but in all honesty i try to do that as much as i can to motivate myself! update #2: i hung out with two friends and talked to a lot of people it was so fun. i also was super productive and didn’t get lazy even tho i wanted to. update #3: i went to the mall with my fiancé and he got me a coach scarf, a coach shirt, a coach purse, a kate spade purse, and three pandora rings!!!! update #4: hung out with a lot of friends again and fiancé got me a La Mer skincare set :)
