My names Marat and I make soccer videos as well as I aspire to play professionally one day. Even though I may be older than the usual, I still have the ability to reach a level I always dreamed of as a kid. for warm up i usually just throw the cones on the roof,walls as it obv falls down well spread and just run and collect the cones one by one

Love this answer, and then best way to go about this situation is a cheat code. In fact if you do this cheat code, you can easily be one of the best in your team, but if you don’t, then chances are that you’ll have more situations like this happening. But fortunately for you, you can completely control how much of this cheat code you use. And that cheat code is “OutWork”. If you can outwork yourself on a daily basis by just 1% a day, you’ll be 300% better than you were last year. I’m not asking for a lot, I’m just asking for you to be JUST 1% better than you were the day before. Now when it comes to your competitors, guess how much most of them are working, and chances are that they are not increasing their skill by 300% each year. Keep watching videos, keep ALWAYS learning, keep figuring out how to be the best version of you, and you will not only beat your competition, but you’ll leave them in the dust😏 -Marat

Hey bro, to beat them out, you have to work on your positioning, your ability to take people 1v1 using a move that you can go to 100% of the time (ex: inside chop, step left push right or step right push left), make sure your crossing is consistent and when you get to the top of the box use the inside of the foot to shoot far post. Inside of the foot will help with more accurcy and getting the ball on frame. Also you need to work on your trapping ability + being able to chest the ball down too from those switches. In addition, you also need to understand when to do a give n go, when to take someone one on one and when to play the way you face. At the end of the day, it just takes time. As long as your focus on your technique, you will be fine. Don't worry if they are faster stronger than you. Technique is more important for the long run espically when you get older.
