English speakers don't pronounce the 'ed' at the end of most past tense verbs (some exceptions apply such as for the word protracted=pro-trac-ted). Thanks for the detailed video!

Great case dr. How did you use tpa to make distalization of upper rt side?

Dr Ezzo, the TPA (0.036 SS) was kept passive in this case, only for anchorage.

I had an elongated upper canine, can invisalign treat this? Or should I go for braces

We prefer fixed appliances to perform specific and precise tooth movements.

Hi Dr. What's up? I have a case of 24 year's old pat. , with spaced and deep bite occlusion, I tried all I know to intrude the upper teeth which cover more than a half of lower teeth... RCS wire, intrusion wire , sequences of ss round wire.. with no benefit.. I suspect the pat. will refuse the fixed bite plate and will not accept it. so, please Dr. Your kind opinion 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️😪😪

Did you try the 3 piece intrusion arch (upper arch) and the intrusion arch (lower arch) as demonstrated in this video? With appropriate anchorage control (lingual arches) and patience these mechanics are very efficient.

@@essentialbiomechanics9381 Yes Dr. I actually did.. and got a little improvmet.. I thought about using ant. Tads to solve the problem, but he's so scared of using any ske. anchorage. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️😪😪
