I've seen this movie and watched this scene maybe 8 or 10 times, and I never noticed until just now how Tia Carrere reacts to the punch. She's hilarious and it's perfectly in character. I never noticed before.

I saw this in the cinema, they edited the scene just after they find the gps locator in the handbag. Art Malik character kills two of his henchmen (headshot) for failing to have security discipline, ie either checking the bag or ensuring it was discarded just after the capture. As the next quick cut scene goes to Tom Arnold in the aeroplane that’s tracking it. It was pretty shocking so no wonder it’s not in the home / tv release.
