This Is UnderSwap version Of Power Of NEO IKARUS Remix.
I made A Battle to Save the World In the style of Power Of NEO.
btw, there was no official Napstaton NEO design, etc.
so I drew my original design for the sprite, since the existing sprite designs were all unofficial.
Yes, the name TRUE Napstaton is also my head canon.
Since the scientist is undyne, so I decided to use the "TRUE" instead of "NEO"!
