Its pretty damn good. But my favorite is the m1916 because of it's 3 shot kill and magazine size.

Louie Leon Four shots kill in longer ranges, double clip-fed internal magazine and high recoil penalty when you fully utilise it's fire rate. It's a noob friendly gun when you are just getting started, but once you realized that this gun is a jack of all trades but king of none, you will cling towards more specialized weapons for different situations. The double clip-fed internal magazine is not helping either since it gives you a lot more of down time when compared to magazine-fed weapons like the Selbsterlader 1916 or single clip-fed weapons like the Autoloading 8.35.

Chris Lopez As a medic make sure you revive and heal anyone you can. The Selbstlader is perfect if you can control the gun. And never carry rifle grenades like a scrub.

PUTIN'S NEIGHBOR i know what you mean and i dont like medics with rifle grenades either, but smoke-rifle grenades can actually be quite useful sometimes. when you use them, switch them with your medkit and keep your syringe though. nothing worse than a medic not running the syringe.

+Chris Lopez My loadout is this: Autoloading 8.25 Extended/Autoloading 8.35 Factory. When the Russian DLC comes out I'll be using the Fedorov Avtomat. Medical Syringe. Medical Crate. Frag Grenade. A Club type. Always PTFO, revive any and all team-mates but not when you're under fire. If you are going to die trying to pick a team member up, then clearly you shouldn't because even if you don't die, the guy you get up will probably die instead. Heal ALL THE TIME. Look at your team-mates and squad mates and see if they need healing. The circle above their head empties depending on how low they are, and therefore may need healing. Press the spot button on a dead team mate to tell them you're coming to revive them, they probably won't skip then.

Justin Jacobs helps that BF2's mechanics are so much better for night maps. No 3D spotting is a big one.

true however until learning the maps, you pretty much got continuously killed though, by people you couldnt see, i think dice have turned into blizzard (with WoW), being that they are little pussies trying to please everyone which is an impossible task, like blizzard they do a good job with what they have been doing, but the games just feels a bit over saturated with UI mess and toned down everything to appeal to masses. i still play it, (and enjoy it) but im gonna continue to complain, i miss those days where i spent hours in empty servers practicing with the attack chopper, i miss maps with not so perfect balanced layouts making the win on those feel so much more satisfying. war never ends up balanced, so what if some maps favor a side....guess im in the minority though. i used to play the realism mod for BF2 on 200 player servers with 4km maps, never had a better experience than that. i really wish project reality could use frostbite.....maybe one day.
