I have a similar attachment on my weight bench. Are there any ways to use it other than the two obvious ones? I’ve been trying to find other exercises online and trying other ways to use it but haven’t had much luck.

@@truefitnesstech I’ve rigged it up to be able to do calf raises but they’re a little awkward. I feel like I could find a way to do other exercises as well if I could anchor my bench to the floor.

Our apartment community just received force series SD1000 leg curl/extension, SD1005 multi press and SM1000 functional trainer. There isn't much info about what the different positions and seat adjustments. Is there a in-depth video or manual ?

Hi Ramnika! We recommend something that will tone and strengthen the area like choosing a weight that is challenging towards the end of a 12-15 rep set.
