I’ve noticed the increase in child deaths as well so I looked into the statistics (I research everything) And it’s worse than I thought. Totally insane. According to the office government website Office for Juvenile Justice (OJJ .gov), “Between 1999 and 2020, more than 38,000 children ages 17 and younger died by homicide in the United States. The child homicide rate decreased by 5.6 percent annually between 2007 and 2013 but increased by 4.3 percent each year since then. Additional findings include: Boys were the victims in 69.4 percent of the 38,362 homicides between 1999 and 2020-and in nearly three-quarters of child homicides in 2020 alone. The overall homicide rate for boys increased 30.4 percent from 2019 to 2020. Between 2018 and 2020, when the rate for boys rose 16.1 percent overall, the highest increases occurred among boys ages 11 to 15 (26.9 percent) and ages 16 to 17 (19 percent). Youth age 17 and younger committed 14 percent of the child homicides that occurred between 2003 and 2019 (among cases in which the perpetrator’s age was known). Young people ages 18 to 24 committed 37.4 percent. Youth ages 11 to 17 were more likely to be killed by someone they knew, especially friends and acquaintances. Their deaths were commonly tied to arguments and crime. Youth ages 11 to 17 and infants were most often killed by young people ages 18 to 24; victims ages 1 to 10 were more likely to be killed by adults ages 25 to 44.

I don’t like and don’t want kids so if forced to have a baby I didn’t want, I’d want an abortion too. Idk if you’re a woman but if you are, you should know that even women who don’t want children are mentally & spiritually impacted from abortion. You can’t rip a life from your womb in such a violent and barbaric way and it NOT be traumatizing to your mind, body and essence. It’s a very unnatural practice. And I am pro choice. But I think women need to know all of the facts and statistics surrounding this choice. Look up the psychological impact on women. It’s mind blowing. Women report a staggering amount of Depression, addiction, self harm, instability, unstable and unhealthy relationships, anxiety, shame, unhealthy sexual behavior and so on after having one. Now John Carter was given and accepted a plea deal for involuntary manslaughter. He could get anywhere from probation to three years in jail...soft. Not a surprise though. I swear, there must be some reason they don't want to be heavy handed, be it connections or fear of his family's money.

UPDATE REGARDING THE LAST CASE - KARA NICHOLS: The El Paso County coroner in July of 2023 delivered his findings in the death of 19-year-old Kara Nichols, whom Joel Hollendorfer, 47, is accused of killing over a decade ago. "Asphyxiation due to strangulation," Dr. Leon Kelly, the El Paso County coroner, told prosecutors after being asked about Nichols' cause of death. Kelly conducted the autopsy on Nichols in February 2022 after her body was recovered from a grave at the Hollendorfer family farm outside Black Forest in El Paso County, where prosecutors allege her remains have been since October 2012. Prosecutors have alleged throughout the trial, which began last week, that Hollendorfer strangled Nichols after paying her to have sex with him, and afterward buried her body at his parent's farm.

Police seems lazy. How can a Private Investigator find out all this information. It never dawned on them to get the guy's Cell Phone Data, nor check the car of the Boyfriend and his Friend? They never followed up with the Friend who they knew was one of the last people to see her? They didn't go "hmmm.... the Dumpsite is right near his parents home?" I bet $1,000 dollars that the Cell Phone data will place him or his friend at the Dump Site and I bet his parents were involved. These people ALWAYS have their Cell Phones with them while they are committing crimes.

How did the police neglect to even check out his cell phone. They had enough evidence of the fight the night before with witnesses to back it up to get a warrant for the phone. Yet they never seized the phone, never looked at phone records, never tried to triangulate where his cell phone was, nothing? And that 911 call is obviously fake. He's no more concerned than if he was talking about the weather with his grandma and the obvious mistakes they made by not scrutinizing the 911 call to start with.

I don't think you understand what a judges job is. Judges do NOT make laws, they make sure laws are abided by and everyone gets treated fairly in court. According to laws that are in place. If you are a voter, you are just as responsible as the judge for those said laws. Get involved and make a change for the better.

1st story w/Ariel and baby: Ariel seemed such a controlling witch and in court seemed very hostile. I think she used babies to control the man and he snapped. It does not excuse what he did of course but I'm willing to bet she was a controlling witch and should never of had kids. If she behaves that nasty in court imagine what she does behind closed doors! He was at least verbally abused by her along with no choice about kids. He should of run far and fast from her.

Sean's mom knows something, and she specifies that he didn't say anything to her during that visit. So possibly she was either present when it happened or he told her before he was even arrested. Sure there's clarification statements but she was definitely tiptoeing her way around. But i also haven't seen the full questioning so maybe she clarified she doesn't know anything at all. She's just oddly suspicious
