Some may have no account minimums and charge annual management fees of less than 0.5% per amount managed. Self-directed investment accounts have the lowest fees and give you the most freedom, but the risks are higher. A safer choice is to hire a financial advisor and let them guide your investment strategy.

I agree , that's the more reason I prefer my day to day investment decisions being guided by an inv-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around short & long term holdings for profit realization, coupled with the exclusive analysis they possess, it's near impossible to not out-perform. Okay but is not luck, is all about having good investment plans most of all trading with a trust worthy expert. Watching professional trading videos and most especially connecting with the right person the digital world is full of in unreal people I met some of them during my success journey. I felt same way when I started especially when you use demo account you might be winning but when you put in real money you start losing I understand and I pass through it all. When the market goes down then it's buying opportunity. If the market goes up then you are making money. If you stay invested and ignore the market's ups and downs, you'll make a lot of money in the long run; however, a severe market correction causes a lot of margin calls and sell-offs, driving the market even lower. currently, I'm up 13% in my diversified portfolio. As crazy as it sounds some still make enormous returns from this seemingly unknown market. gotta be greedy when others are fearful

@@devdaniel3225 I have my portfolio very well-diversified, though I did it using trad signals from a US regulated broker *PRISCILLA DIANE AIVAZIAN* financial analyst and CNBC contributor and it's been a huge relief. Good earnings and little to no engagement at all on my part. Her stock picks are top-notch, I don't worry about market trends anymore because she's quite the genius in trading and portfolio diversification

I'm MUCH more interested in buying stocks now that they are cheap. You can't just sit on cash waiting for the market to drop 10% before you start buying. The best strategy is to start buying in slowly and then gradually increase the pace of buying as the prices continue to drop. Cash isn't king at all in this era

If u r NRI thn You can open nri trading account with zerodha or any broker that provide NRI trading account....but you can't do intraday trading on equity or currency however you can do on F and O..... P.s - nri trading accounts can be open in person only not online

Yes, but questrade trading platform is good for US stocks. Wealthsimple trade charges 1.5% conversion which is too mch . Thats why it is bettr for CAD stocks

There is no way we can answer this , it depends on growth of the company , circumstances of the market . For eg, if someone invested 1000 dollars pre pandemic in a company who pay 10 prcnt annual returns but then corona happened so its very diffcult to say. Instead u can choose a company and see its annual growth and can make an estimate on that.
