Ronnie and I are the same age and I was touring back in the early 2000s during the metalcore onslaught, escape the fate was snuffed at by those in my crowd and by the time FIR came on, I'd moved on with life and tastes in music. However, I think as musicians and metal fans, it's hard to ignore such mastery of skill. He is in a league of his own and as I push 40, I miss writing music and performing. If he ever made this into a Broadway show, it would be a best seller, no questions asked. Love the honesty in your reaction and humbled review of a master at work. Cheers fellas!

Y'all should check out the preview for the two live stream shows he's doing in April! One on the 16th and one on the 30th. Tickets are not expensive at all! Unless you look into the bundles. I got tickets to both shows and a hoodie for $80 and these shows show promise of being worth every penny! Check it out on FIR website.
