Lakewood Ranch is a suburb of Bradenton. More than half of the development lies within Manatee County, where Bradenton is the county’s county seat. This is not to argue with you or be disrespectful, because you’ve some of the absolute best videos of the region. However, Lakewood Ranch is mainly in Manatee County and where it to be an incorporated city, it would do so via Manatee County. Locals known the it is a Bradenton suburbs. You could even say, “a Bradenton-Sarasota suburb” because a smaller portion lies within Sarasota County.

Tampa has Oak Trees, Sarasota does not. Oak trees dump huge amount of debris on the roofs of houses, causing an expense to homeowners. Tampa has late night night life, Sarasota doesn't (similar to Naples). Tampa has easier drive access to north Florida. Sarasota residents are more high class, but much older. Sarasota restuarants sometimes allow dogs. The St. Pete area has a grid road system that is slow to move through. There is a huge population in St. Pete and Clearwater that are New Yorkers, wheras the Tampa area people are more mid-westerners. Spring training is in this area, but the Rays see small attendence because the area prefers the northeastern baseball teams. There is no NBA team here like there is in Orlando or Miami. Tampa has a Cuban population, Sarasota does not. Tampa has a lot of motorcycling. Tampa has one of the best airports in the United States. Tampa has an insane number of golf courses, Sarasota has less.

Sarasota is like getting married to a hot supermodel...the most beautiful woman you've ever seen...but she's shallow, has no personality and she has a drug and alcohol addiction. Your friends hate her and she cheats on you with the pool guy. But she looks great in your videos...that's Sarasota...🙂
