My husband started making sandwiches with all this on it but on onion bagel with real butter and perfectly drippy egg for our family every other weekend a couple years ago. Soo delicious. *Chef's kiss* I like mine with hot sauce but when I eat scrambles I like ketchup!

I always enjoy seeing you in competitions! You eat very neat! You also eat it quickly and have lots moving down quickly! Thus fun to watch you eat. Congratulations on another great win 🏆. I am always amazed how you can eat so much food in such a short period of time. The sandwiches look amazing. They appear to be perfectly grilled. When you said ketchup and eggs it reminded me of a memory with my dad. He mixed all his food and I had once asked him if he mixed his eggs in ketchup cause he grew up poor and had to do things like that. He said no, he just liked it. 😆😆

I just came back with a night out with the wife. We went out for burgers and poutine as well as appetizers. I could barely get through my entre. I mentioned your name and said I cannot believe this Joel Hansen guy... his ability to eat a large amount of food is something that I have never seen in my life. great video , i couldn't do that myself, maybe in 2 days. that is my favorite breakfast sandwich right there though and yes tomato sauce and garlic aoli is 2 of some of the best compliment to those sandwiches if you have no hot sauce.
