This was one hell of a finale to what was already an amazing first season!! Everything went off this episode from the music to the voice acting to the animation and of course the whole one punch man vibe! The excitement was so high. And the fight was both epic and hilarious. I love opm so much and cannot wait to continue. I'm only left one question - who was that woman and why did she not show up again the whole season HAHA?

You are mistaken. Saitama was never serious against Boros. He just let Boros get it all out of his system and acted serious to make Boros feel good about himself. If Saitama wanted to one-shot Boros, he could have.

13:36 if you don't know what Boros's heartbeat means, it's a direct callback to episode 1 when Saitama was fighting against the Subterraneans in his dream, you can hear Boros having the same heartbeat noise as Saitama did in his dream, this is symbolizing that Boros is experiencing what both him and Saitama crave the most, and that is an exhilarating, all-out fight against a strong or worthy opponent that would make them feel the same thrill and excitement they once felt, and in the end Boros got exactly what he had wanted for long while Saitama did not, because even though Saitama considered Boros to be "strong." He was still no match for him, and Saitama was barely even trying throughout the entire fight with Boros even when he used his Serious Punch against Boros's Collapsing Star Roaring Cannon, and this is even called out by Boros before he dies. To summarize it, Boros was still no challenge to Saitama, even though he is the strongest opponent that Saitama has faced thus far.

12:41 You would see his cape flow in extreme slow mo while he consecutive normal punches Boros and turn's him into blood clutter. The immense speed and scale of this fight makes me think all these happened in a mere instance. Which is insane!

Saitama wasn't serious at all. All the time he was just going along the process of getting showered of Boros's attacks while being totally nonreactive unless it would end the vibe with one punch. He just went all out compassionate with Boros realizing they both were the same, so he gave Boros his long lasted feel of an actual fight which he will never get unfortunately. Which is sad for Saitama!

I remember thinking he looked better with hair when I watched the first ep and changing my mind by the end of season 1, he's just perfect with a bald head

A suggestion for you, before you go to season 2 one punch man, you have to go to the ova for season 1, there already 6 episode for season 1, because the story is linked to season 1,, and you must watch special OVA "One Punch Man Road To Hero" the story Saitama get his Costum :D,, very fun to watch. Keep it up

The reason why Saitama were not reacting and getting himself beaten by Boros is because he wanted to give Boros what he always wanted, the feel of an actual fight. You can feel the mood at the end along with the music as Saitama turns his back from decapitated Boros, Boros utter as he now realized the situation of Saitama. It's like Saitama winning the battle but Boros being the actual winner here.

Tatsumaki is sensitive about being called a "brat", mean while her insults to Saitama were just elementary level disses 😆. It's crazy how Boros did all of that and Saitama was still not tested, I really cannot wait to see the collateral damage when he fights seriously.

This is going to be one of the oop anime of all time :D everything is great including the opening which i dislike in most animes cause (except characters) absolutely 0 spoilers :D animation,action comedy music.. 10/10 :D hope season 2 come soon.. and you should watch all ova they are all canon and showcase what was happening behing some episodes including ''episode'' 0 before opm even started :3

Thanks a lot for your great reaction🤣....Definitely i love this epic anime seiries. In this ep, we could find the early work? of Tsuda-Ken as A-SAMURAI....i cannot believe him been Nanamin in JJK🤔 And i could not help having sympa for Boros than Saitama....he is a definitely lonely charactor in my opnion, his death be some happy for him ?🙄
