President Biden has faced widespread scrutiny following the recent first presidential debate against Donald Trump.
Pressure continues to build on Joe Biden to withdraw from the race amid a series of recent public gaffes and after his debate performance.
Speaking to Sky News Australia host James Morrow, Mr Mulvaney discussed elements of Donald Trump’s approach to the 2020 debates against Joe Biden, compared to the recent first presidential debate of the 2024 campaign.

Trump just slept his way thru 5 weeks of his own trial and you’re knocking Biden? Biden has been an excellent public servant for 50 YEARS. By all accounts, Trump never emerged from his quarters at the White House before 11 am. He was driven around the White House on a golf cart, too lazy to walk. The rest of his day was spent watching tv and throwing junk food down his gullet while trying to create photo ops.
