After more than seven hours of testimony and a grueling cross-examination from Trump’s attorney, Stormy Daniels was dismissed from the stand on Thursday in the former president’s New York hush money criminal trial.
Judge Juan M. Merchan denied Trump’s defense attorneys' request for a mistrial following Daniels' testimony. The bulk of Thursday's hearing was primarily dedicated to two matters: a motion to modify a gag order and a request for a mistrial. Judge Merchan ended the day by banning photography in the courtroom.

Trump has attacked Witnesses and jurors and prosecutors his track record is rotten. Trump is attack people from the bully pulpit from the presidency and rallies for the last 8 years. He absolutely deserves everything he's getting right now and he needs to keep his mouth shut.😊

A leader lead by example, set guidelines. If a leader is labelled with such scandalous acts are the people not going to call him names? Nobody on Earth will admit for the wrong thing he/she did. So President Trump is one of the people who will never accept such accusations that lead to a bad record.

Yes shame he didn't report the important parts of her lying testimony. The woman hears voices and makes her money off Donald Trump name. She owes him millions, and brazenly told the court she wasn't go to pay him a dime because she hated him which doesn't look at all good to the jury.
