In defense of the long explicative answers given by Ms Daniels; people who've been Traumatized and/or have PTSD/CPTSD, wil very often over explain what happened to them. When asked to recount something they will tend to hemorrhage verbally and go off track, giving more information than asked for. Trauma brain behavior is very common in abused or traumatized people.

One could argue that his attorneys should be ready for absolutely any witness...it's ridiculous, and he's going to appeal based mainly on ineffective assistance of counsel. Also, what's wrong with her hating him? Why shouldn't she? Everything that happened, scared her, for her and for her child, ruined her marriage, and just totally upended her life while he just went on as President. I think it's fair that she doesn't care for him. I think she shouldn't be expected to say, I have zero feelings about him either way...that's crazy. Also, ANY OTHER defendant would be in jail for contempt, over, and over, and over. The Judge literally said he didn't want to do it because of who he was. That is the OPPOSITE of an actual witch hunt or crooked judge. I think he's displayed his want to be as accommodating as possible.

It would seems that the Appealable issues would be ineffective assistance of counsel for failing to object to sustainable issues not as much a mistrial issue.

That's not what that means. Inneffective counsel means that the lawyer's "help" was actively prejudicial, not just that he didn't appeal enough. Like if he was handed the case, went to his buddy in the DA's office to make a deal without even talking to his client, ambushed him with it in court, and then got mad when the client said he didn't want the deal, so he proceeds to tank the case, as an example of a legitimate example of such a thing. The fact that he has multiple lawyers filing thousand page documents and appealing every single day would crush such an argument in the crib.
