No, this guy is on trial for fraudulently hiding a hush money payment he made to a Porn Star he Mushroomed while he was cheating on his wife. This is not about him shagging a Porn Star, or even pressuring her to have sex with him (which could be another charge if she pursued it), this is about him using Money from his Election Contributions and hiding it in the books like he has already done on multiple occasions with his fraudulent business practices.
