Actually, Trump's own legal team leaked the questions. They are easily identified by the grammar and spelling errors in the first draft sent to the Trump team.

Indeed. I take it you're referring to the revelation that the questions which were leaked were not in fact written by the Mueller team, but by Trump's legal 'team', from broad indications helpfully supplied by the former. A coaching aid to assist the so-called president to polish his so-called answers. So .... the notion that the leak was from the Mueller team turns out, like most emanations from Trump, to be indistinguishable from methane mixed with hydrogen sulphide.

yes, this is true. I think the model isn't quite what it should be though, which is why america is currently classified as a "flawed democracy".

Agreed. In my mind, the way it should work is by appointment or by selection and not by election. Small communities appoint best among them to lead them. These selected leaders select the best among them to lead them and so on, each leader responsible to the council who appointed him or her who may remove him or her anytime. Similar to how Caucus work. A thought anyway. In the current election process too many non-democratic factors weigh in, like who has more money, who can buy more screen time, who can arouse the crowd better rather than who may be better able to lead the crowd better etc.

No he didn't Trevor, he gave a list of Topics to the White House legal team regrading areas he would like to cover and THEY created these questions. This has been leaked by the White House... This point needs to be acknowledged.

They are not questions from Mueller. They are questions written up one of Trump’s lawyers after getting told by Mueller what sort of information he would want to speak to Trump about. So these are Trump’s lawyers’ ideas of questions Mueller *might* ask Trump so they can try to coach Trump on how to deal with them.

"Criminal Intent" is the name of a TV show, not a type of crime. There is "intent", which is "the decision to bring about a prohibited consequence.", but there is no "thought crime" as of yet. So contrary to how you closed this segment, simply thinking about something is NOT illegal.

... but the question was "What was going through your head WHEN YOU FIRED COMEY?" If the action of firing Comey was intended to bring about the "prohibited consequence" of obstructing justice, it's a crime.
