US President Joe Biden is still under fire for his June 27 performance in a debate against Republican competitor Donald Trump. Since the US President stammered and muttered during the discussion with Trump, there has been concerns about his mental clarity. Joe Biden doesn't need a cognitive test, according to White House physician Kevin O'Connor. I had my cognitive test (MOCA) last month and it takes three hours. You have to remember a long list of names, numbers and images an hour later. It’s so easy Biden can score perfectly.
