I hope the best for you! My close friend had cancer, stage 3 throat cancer, they were able to catch it in time and were able to fix it with chemo, surgery, and he had to quit smoking and drinking. Even a few years later he has all his paperwork just in case, for personal records and just in case they move he has a copy for a new physician

@@dimitrilitovsk2372 Thank you for the kind words. I just feel it's disgusting claiming a fight that obviously he has no idea about. I had a 13 hour surgery to remove the cancerous growths and to reconstruct my jaw as the cancer metastisized into the bone. I spent 10 days in the hospital with the first 6 in ICU unable to move due to my fibula being used as the graft site where they extracted the bone that they used to rebuild my jaw. I'm in my 4th out of 6 weeks in radiation therapy and have 1 more major chemo treatment left as of now. Any respect Boogie had from anyone should be thrown out the window with how absolutely horrific his grift has gotten.

Although I am pretty open about my specific cancer and treatment, not only as a way to help me cope with the fight I'm in but as potential education for someone in the future that might learn from my experience if they unfortunately end up dealing with something similar to my particular type of cancer. If anything I end up saying or sharing can help someone get through their fight, even if it's a joke I make about myself in poor taste, then everything I am doing now is worth it. Thank you for the well wishes and I am sorry for your loss.

You can’t convince religious people that atheist are anything but “god hating” bitter angry etc etc people. Religion is a worldview that has been indoctrinated into them since birth. To them, their god, their universe origin story, their order and nature of the world, is as real to them as the screen you’re looking at. So for someone to not only not believe in this worldview that they have been taught is the truth since birth, but to also critically analyze and point out how nonsensical it all is, it makes them buckle down and believe in their religion stronger. Especially monotheistic religions, where there is 1 god, 1 truth, 1 reality. To them, hearing someone say that their religion is fake, is like when we hear someone saying the Earth is flat, or that germs aren’t real. Which is why I don’t even try anymore. I’m just thankful that I didn’t grow up in a religious family. My mother was an Italian Wiccan, and my father practiced Santeria, which is like Cuban Voudu. I’ve seen them practice their spirituality during ceremonies, but they never push their faith to me. They just told me stories of their religion’s mythologies when I was a younger kid. But not in a way that was like “this is the truth that you must believe in, or else you will be punished”.
