Mary Trump was devastated when her uncle was elected president. Her book, 'Too Much and Never Enough,' describes Donald Trump as a "belligerent" youth who hasn't changed since he was a teen. Mary's late father Freddy was the black sheep of the family.

@NFTeve No... no he didn't. Trump inherited $400 Million and control over daddy's empire. He lost his personal wealth all relatively soon. Fred Trump's various business holdings were already worth over a billion dollars. He spewed the name everywhere, but destroyed the business. Spent the last 35 years borrowing from one source to pay off the previous. Most documentaries are spun or authorized by him. Donnie had over 4000 lawsuits from former business partners, banks, government agencies, unions, workers, and women he assaulted before his run for presidency. Many took years, some decades, before settlement. The Trump Corporation was not able to keep up with Donnie's wastefulness, so the sham businesses and charities began, all of which were used for embezzlement. When the IMF finally gave him a high-risk ranking, Donnie got money from China. When China finally cut him off, Putin picked up his markers. Now, the Trump Corporation is going to be destroyed, it is already massively in debt. Even Putin and the Saudis can't bail him out.

@@Astrid-jt8cd No father should want to "toughen up" his son. Nothing more than toxic masculinity from someone who didn't actually understand what it means to parent a child. Fred Trump was a criminal. So is his son Donald. That you identify with them more than abused people says a lot about you. My guess -- you don't have many friends and if you have kids, they freaking loathe you.

She hates the German word for nice or kind and mocks everyone who even dares to use it. @@jaex9617 This gets to the crux of things. Because people always have something to work with and in that way, a person always has something that was given to them or they get something from someone or something else. For this reason, I don't believe that anyone is a self-made man. This is not the same as someone who works hard and overcomes a lot or starts with very little to succeed. People like that are usually examples of perseverance, which is very commendable. But they still had something to work with.

He's the freak show you can't turn away from but would like to take down to the level it fears and knows deep down it is, below the fairytale hades.
