I had stayed in Las Vegas Trump tower last year. That was an amazing hotel. Although it is taller than Vegas Trump tower but it is residential building.

Toh jaha 25k per sqft ka bhav chalta hai bhai sahab ke building mai 35k per sqft se bikega us he locality mai. Why he is Lodha he is brand. Unfortunate reality.😔

This apartment is so shiny, it would not make a good “home”. Home is where you can kick back and relax. The current owner probably has loads of money, but no sense of asthetics. Just goes to prove the adage... Money can’t buy you class.

"gorgeous host and real estate consultant" I'd expect a consultant to know the difference between wallpaper and a paint job. Not a single balcony (not even utility) You could've talked about the stone work in the bathrooms and double vanity instead of "two sinks" "big mirrors" or "bathroom for one". For an apartment that can be sold by highlighting the good points, not enough justice was done.

Those are not french windows! They are in a metropolitan theme french windows are dated back to the 18th century and would caontrast with the accent of the apartment due to it's holistic apperance!

Yes rooms are compact at the Trump Towers. But considering the wonderful amenities in the surroundings of the Trump Tower Mumbai one would be spending more time in the outdoors rather than remain cooped up inside the house. Just our two cents ☺️

There is great value with having a large number of amenities related to fitness, sports and recreation within the walls of a residential society. As we have seen during the Covid lockdown the value of amenities which are also paid for by the buyers when they buy a property can help to cushion the impact of isolation, loneliness and boredom during grave emergencies. Amenities such as health centers, spacious gardens and sports facilities are now being demanded and rightly so by well informed property buyers across India.
