Well there’s more to it than that. Similar to Andrew Tate, even people who claim to believe that human trafficking and sexual violence is abhorrent still had him on their podcasts for the views. They didn’t care to platform and give more of a voice to someone that causes harm to society because they were getting views. It’s irresponsible. It’s not that they just disagree it’s that there is an issue of morality and a larger societal repercussion to platforming people that spew hatred and have the ability to make large changes to our lives and the government.

it would’ve been cool if he had a former president on the podcast and actually had a mature conversation with him. but like ethan said, that’s not possible with a person like a trump. they just agreed with every single thing he said. i think it’s also worth noting that trump has been accused of so many crimes, including sexual assault. regardless of his status and power, i don’t think anyone should seek to associate with him so eagerly without confronting him with some worthy criticism.

Obviously, I’d love to hear hard hitting questions, but it would need to be done by somebody who has the intellectual capacity to have those conversations with him. I don’t think anyone’s looking for Logan Paul to be that guy.

The fact that Trump even agreed to it is appalling and indicative of his desperation to reach out to a younger demographic. It’s not all fun and games during an election year. The video purposely makes Trump appear very likable without actually diving into his policies or the many allegations against him. Logan has a young, impressionable audience and it’s wrong for him to promote a right-wing politician to them purely based off of a superficial and shallow interview.

I’m not a crazy trump supporter or a Logan Paul supporter but this was just lazy. This was just arguing for the sake of arguing. They just picked apart every single part they could even though most of the things were so minor. If he was interviewing the president he would be plugging every product he could, and you go in rich people’s estates, you are going to find portrait paintings. Yes it’s very gaudy, but also it’s normal in the upper class. Mike wrote a book about the drug crisis, something trump also cares about, so it makes perfect sense for him to plug his book and talk about it with trump. I can’t even watch anymore, it just a lazy, full of filler, podcast. Anyone with half a brain could do the same thing to this podcast. Maybe you guys should bring people onto your show that are off brand, maybe it would help ratings and cause half way decent conversation.

I'm going to be honest, I haven't consumed a single piece of logan media besides seeing him do crazy stuff in wwe and I hardly ever watched wwe as well. I've always been left leaning. I watched that whole interview and it was absolutely fine. Never cared for trump or biden or politics until I had a child and started paying more attention. We are the same age, Ethan, you have been slipping into this "I side with whatever the people who would otherwise cancel me side with" with some of these takes lately. I'll still always love you, Hila, and the show, and it's fine to have this opinion of course, just seems weird to me. I used to hate trump, too.

Not even gonna waste my time on this video but the title is making me want to comment. The pod was short but decent and fun. "Embarrassing disaster" is a stretch even for a hater. Never seen a h3 pod that I didn't click off at most on like the 3rd sentence the grey dude says. PS. I don't really like Logan or Trump anymore than Ethan. The lady (when shes not defending the grey dude) and Mike carry both pods
