So is this your basic routine..,or is there is more ? Thank you.

I vary my routine every month or two but I try to keep a framework: meditate, breathing patterns, easy response, low register, high register. After that there’s more variation- articulations, entrances in all registers, flexibility. Lots of great routines and exercises out there!
