The family left Venezuela because of the difficult economic, social and political situation. They came to the Dominican Republic because the Latin music and Jazz music is big in the DR. The father, Dalyomar Meza and Daughter, Niccole Meza Ramos are musicians, the father studied music in Mexico and created a Mariachi music school. Mariachi Emanuel International. Dalyomar plays trumpet, guitar, violin, *guitarron, *vihuela (*mexican intruments) bass. Niccole is also a very tallented singer she represent Venezuela at the International Jazz Festival in Oslo, Norway.
Niccole now plays DR jazz with a band called Sistema Temperado, and also plays in their Mariachi band and is a vocalist. The mother, Zully Ramos is the glue that hold this all together. She is the boss.
