Known as the trumpet king of India, Kishore Sodha has been a part of R.D. Burman's original music team for long. Because of sheer perseverance and utmost dedication to music, he has reached the pinnacle of his success. He has always been one of the most popular musicians of the present day and as someone rightly says ,'his trumpet talks'. Kishore Sodha, with 30 years of experience, has what it takes for a live stunning performance. As a musician from the film industry, he has bagged a lot of awards, rewards and achievements. Not to forget his on-stage performance with the musical legend - Smt. Lata Mangeshkar for a Sony event, background scores for the film Dushmani and valuable musical contributions for Bambai Ka Babu and Zameer. Kishore has been the founder of Music Mover, an event management company performing mainly in the abroad with film industry superstars Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and many more. Kishore had a memorable musical show with another great legend -Late Shri Kishore Kumar in 1978.

Madhaya Pradesh ki mitti ko salam jahan se Kishore Sodha jaise mahan sangeetkar hame mil paya. Kitni mehnat hai is saaz ko bajana. Sodha sahab ka to itna bhi kehna hai is interview mein ki Muh se khun tak nikal aata hai Trumpet ka riaaz karte time.

Host could have utilised the time better by asking relevant questions like songs he had played and particular pieces of those songs. He said he started with Muqaddar ka sikandar song. He could have played that song here.
