0:07 Okay but how can he be so buff...and yet so small. I don't mean small like smol, I mean like, narrow. I mean how does he have huge muscles but also be so thin? Like...Namjoon got buff and got thicc. Jungkook got buff but like... the muscles we're eseeing somehow aren't translating to an equivalent change in his 3D form. His shoulders are broad and his waist is still TINY but he's not like Chris Evans dorito shaped. I feel like someone hacked the sliders in the Sims. I just honestly am kind of confused as to how exactly his body takes up three dimensional space.

Sadly, this is partly through starvation. Jungkook has found the line between keeping his weight/body fat down and his muscle % up. Or he is just 'talented' in this way. Didn't an early trainer say JK could gain muscle by lifting a spoon ? :)

I thought he looked the most bulky when he grew his hair out "blond". Even Suga couldn't believe how big he got. I kind of agree with daffodil that he keeps himself super trim by what they call fasting. I've heard couple actors in interviews who went through extreme fitness workouts to look believable in their movie roles. One was Henry Cavill who played Superman. He said his skin would get thin around his abs and define that area even more. Tatum Channing almost didn't do Magic Mike 2 because he said he can't eat. JK'S been working out since he was a teenager, and knows how to keep himself at his ideal weight or appearance. I heard him say once he likes to be on the skinny side. He's such a beautiful guy, inside and out.
