Hi Cherelle I've been following your vids a while now and some of which have helped me a lot in the mid of a anxiety crisis! You're story is so similar to mine I can't believe it; back in 2016 I found a lymph node behind my ear and instantly freaked out (googled, self diagnosed, obsessive checking u name it) I couldn't get it out my head obsessing over lymphoma and thats how my health anxiety started until this day. I went to A&E and gp sooo many times in a panic.. Fast forward a few years and i had my little boy in 2018 and managed to put a lid on my health anxiety; until it hit me hard in June 2019 I went into serious depression thinking i had leukemia and couldn't breathe along with panic attacks.. I couldn't function and was suicidal for atleast 6months to the point where I had to stay in a psychiatric ward for 3 weeks as I was so suicidal at the time; crisis team was also involved as well, I'm now recovered from that and back to living a normal life but it does HA does still affect me everyday.. I'm so hypersensitive to any little pain or sensation but I'm so much better now and appreciatr being in a happy state of mind.. I wouldn't usually comment but felt like i had to as our stories are so similar xxx

Hi Cherelle.Hope you are well today. One day ill tell you my howl story.I have watched alot of your uploads now and the only thing that i didnt think ever was happening to me was a brain tumor but the rest all happend to me.Heart attack was my MAIN thing lol...i kinda got better about two years back bc i found the root of my problem and i think a big number of ppl with anxiety have something that triggert it.....it may of been when they were small or if something happend not long ago...and i belief if you can find out what triggered it you can get over most of your anxiety.i had really bad panic attacks(long long long ones)and very often.Sometimes 4 to 5 times a day but after understanding the "trigger" im 80% better.keep on the good work you do.I know you are helping alot of people.Have a great weekend.🍨cheers🤗

Do you think anxiety can cause different symptoms to appear other than the one already causing the anxiety, like chest tightness or twitching?

I have more worries about my chest, when I was a kid I had more worries about tumors in my head, this was due to me getting a lot of headaches. I was good till covid and since covid I’ve gone pretty bad and now I have bad worries about Covid and my chest. I wake up with chest pains and it’s hard decifering it from acid reflux and if it lung pain.

Cherelle...im a 35 yo male and lately I've been having anxious thoughts that I'm just going to die. It's pretty scary and sometimes it makes me overthink every little thing that I think is abnormal that happens to me. I've always been a pretty fit person and run a lot and moderately active. Do you ever have these type of morbid thoughts?

Hi Chantelle, I have a really bad anxiety and I can’t find any information on this and thought you may be able to help. Do you know what is non reactive lymph node and if it is dangerous? I did ultrasound and it said non reactive lymph node and its about 8mm. Doctor said nothing to worry about but I am going crazy. Would really appreciate your response! Zara

Its so wierd. Health anxiety symptoms make u believe a lot more that there is something wrong with u. Say u thought u had throut cancer and ur anxiety around that will make ur throut dry and make it hard to swollow. Makes it feels like u have a lump back there. Its a horrible sort of anxiety

For anyone who is struggling with having a positive mind set, I can recommend an amazing book by Rhonda Byrne The Secret Daily Teachings which contains 365 quotes which you read 1 per day. I read 1 every morning and it really makes a difference to how you think and feel x
