6:06 "What would matter to me in that moment." I gave this a shot. Imagined myself on my deathbed & thought about it. There were times when I've had panic attacks in the middle of the night, or felt like I was dying & my health was fading whenever I got sick... What ran through my mind was "I did not do enough." But it's funny because I graduated college twice, explored my hobbies & interests, traveled around the world... You'd think I did enough (& I've done much more than most people) but I still think about this all the time. "What would matter to me in the moment" "What matters to me is that I did not do enough." There has to be something I'm missing that's not fulfilling this requirement & IDK what that is.
