I bought this because I liked it, but now I am regretting the purchase. I like the scent itself but you are totally right it doesn’t last at all. Plus, why weren’t they riskier with this Parfum version? Maybe do a darker version of the EDT along with something different in it like a petrol note or something. I don’t know exactly what but just something other than this. It’s just so plain 😕

I bought the parfum because it doesn’t project like the EDT/EDP. I wear it at the office, and for 6-8 hours I get a nice scent bubble and can smell myself, but others are not offended. After 8 hours it’s a skin scent (lovely one). I also preferred the dry down over the edt/edp. It smells incredibly well balanced.

Not sure about you and I have all 3 fragrances but on my skin and cloths with 4 sprays this lasted 10hrs I actually had a person tell me it was pretty strong wondering if some bottles are different in strength. I also get more of a spicy vibe on dry down not the powder you are referring to, because I hate powder sents

Man I have to disagree 100%. Me personally, I love the powdery dry down. I get about 3 hours of good projection and it last about 7 to 8 hours

The parfum performed well on me which is unusual as my skin usually eats scent. My issue with it is that it is not distinct enough scent wise from the EDT or EDP.

I recommend Blue the Channel EDP or Sausage EDP (just make fun the names). Both are ... man I can rock them everyday. Not every season !

This perform like a beast for me and the dry down is heavenly. I do get noseblind to it extremely fast so I have to spray less and far away from the nose.

The Parfum to me is way better. Maybe It needed maceration but its sweeter, citrussy, slightly subdue powderyNess(LOL) IMO. Got decent sillage im more mature than u(older) i dont need to fill a room

I'm a female, and I LOVE Sauvage...A quick spray (in front of a fan, even) of the Very Cool Spray lasts all day without being overwhelming...Sauvage is def the best cologne targeted to men that I have ever smelled...Price-wise, yes, it is expensive, but in comparing a very tiny spray of a good scent to soaking your whole body in a can of Axe every week is a no-brainer...jmho...

Im not saying the scent is bad or anything, I just cant justify paying for this.Longevity was poor for me. After 2 hours the scent was gone.Projection was ok. Definitely could have been betterThis scent is compared to others like Dylan Blue, Prada Carbon and Aqva Atlantiqve. In my opinion, either of those are a better option than Sauvage

Whats up Timmy, I live in Chiang Mai, I just got a decant from TFL group you started :) Man I wore 5 sprays drove 20 min to Tops and once inside 3 old people stopped me "Hom Maak!!!" Told me I smelled great and wanted to know what it was! The thing is I could not smell myself! Maybe you should test it a bit more? Great vid tho man, keep doing your thing!

Unlike you, an obvious and automatic Eau de Parfum or Parfum lover besides in this particular case, I think it's almost always the EDT version of a fragrance that's the best. Why? It's simple logic. The companies and perfumers are fully aware that they need to make the EDT version a hit initially in order to make the names for themselves as well as for revenues. With EDPs and Parfums, they can pretty much afford to flop with megahits in EDTs that preceded them, so they naturally wouldn't have that urgency and seriousness in making them be sensationally successful.

yall crazy because the parfum is so great as a winter scent. the smell lasts all day with a lot of sillage. the dry down of tonka bean and powdery scents. it’s very clean and smooth. the projection isn’t gonna give anyone headaches so for an older crowd it’s a keeper being the youngest at my job it works keeping my scents youthful and pleasant

I just purchased this last Saturday for $180 Dillards I want my money back I feel like it has a flaw my first bottle was ok the second I just purchased dried out after 20 minutes and leaving me with a cooking oil smell.

The reviews have seemed to all be in agreement. I still think it’s always important for us to try scents out for ourselves but owning the EDT and EDP I’ll probably stay away. Probably be a good time to check out something from the privee collection

This stuff really depends on your skin chemistry. So for me none of Timmy or Max forti is wrong or right. My advice is try it yourself to make your own opinion. Do not blind believe any reviewer because you don't have the same skin chemistry. Personnally, it does not project like the other two, but stays around half my arm. The longevity on my skin is great. I did apply it around 8 PM last night and thought it was gone after 5 hours. But i was surprise to smell it in the morning. What i think, you may sometimes think it's gone but it is still there. But once again it is my experience. Make yours and me be you may like it.

stick with the EDT....the EDP is also nice but lacks that opening that most love and when they both dry down you can barely tell the difference if at all...EDT projects and lasts a long time and the cheapest of the options...EDT is the OG!!

I think the Parfum is the best smelling of the EDT, EDP and Parfum. Not all fragrances need to be top performers. I also have the EDP and Elixir. Parfum rocks. Smellls sooooo good.

The original edt is just a chemical mess , too much amboxan and pepper, I've got milton Lloyd colour me volt it's near identical to edt sauvage and it's only £5 for 50ml . I'm sure they'll make a cheap flanker of the parfume version. The EDP of sauvage was much better I could detect a lot More note's, sauvage at the end of the day is way overpriced.

Not to excuse Dior, just wondering if it could it be that the juice needs to sit and mature? Bleu de Chanel Parfum was the exact same upon release. I remember the scent disappearing as soon as I sprayed it. Side by side, just seconds after application, I could smell the EDP but not the Parfum. I couldn't believe it. I'd like to know how those first release BdC Parfum bottles perform now.

Hi Timmy, It's such a shame this wasn't for you, its definitely more smooth and subdued, which I can't lie I actually like, by no means in your face. I also own the "EDP" which is also stellar, unfortunately couldn't agree with the "EDT" my replacement for that vibe and it's own little unique way would be Prada Luna rossa Carbon. This lasts quite a long time on me, also projection is ok on me for 2-3hrs. For me it just edges over the "EDP" Different strokes hey 🤷🏾♂️ Greetings from 🏴

Lol i enjoy parfume. My wife enjoys it more. Its more of an inviting scent. Thats my opinion. & Tbh i feel its more quality and maybe more unisex. Btw in my skin the orange smell last the life of the fragrance

I knew this would suck. Parfums never project well. Edp much better. But everyone loves buying all these dumb flankers and all the rest of them with way below average performance. I gave up buying cologne ages ago. I seek out vintages on ebay when ever i can and i use perfume oils which give me compliments till the end of the day. Screw these designers and the crappy fragrances they market. They will never get a dime from me. Like i have said before. The more we keep on buying this junk they will keep on making more junk

I tested it for a week and for me it's a redundant release. From Dior i have always high expectations and this was a big disappointment. Scentwise its not bad but performancewise it's a joke. Bleu de Chanel did a better job with their parfum version which i love.

go figure, Always felt that the heavy ambroxin/shower gel vibe...is where Sauvage derived most of it's respectable longevity and projection. So take a good chunk of that away and there goes the performance
