Sun protection is so important: My Skin became almost three shades lighter after I moved to Nordics from India. The only thing that I use for skincare is moisturizer(since its quite dry here) and Sunscreen everyday. People keep on asking me if I have done (like skin bleaching etc).... And refuse to believe when I tell them about sun protection. Sometimes I also am shocked how my skin colour has changed but it is clearly evident that its because of sun protection. I used to always be an outdoor person with almost half of the day on sun playing football but now in summers I deliberately go out for sun bathing(offcourse with sunscreen) ... I sometimes miss my old skin as according to me. Indian clothes looked more beautiful on me then.😢 and everyone likes tanned skin here. I realised that the desire in having certain skin colour to fit the beauty standard goes a long way and there is no end to it. Best is to embrace whatever we've got. So stay hydrated and sun protected!! ❤❤

@@ajirs6545 I apply it in the morning once , and before I go out. But since it's mostly dark here, that works . During summer if I am out I apply sunscreen every two hours, without washing the face since the place I live is countryside and doesn't have much pollution.

@@radhajoshi4525 There is no definitive treatment for that just keep moisturizing your body so your skin is elastic enough when you gain weight, if they are already there I think fractional laser can be helpful but a very skilled dermatologist can do, if you are in Delhi visit Dr.Sarin their clinic is in defence colony I was passing by and noticed it...

As a male am using melalumin ultra cream with a solasafe sunscreen the combo is awesome working for me With a mama Earth rice face + another facewash wash and that's it Before that I used depiwhite vitamin c, tretenoine, etc etc 😊 stoped all of them
