My son had similar issue but not all kids are autistic. Need to stop screen time (mobile, tv, books) and you will see initial changes. Further speech therapy given by therapist and consultation with child psychologist will greatly improve speech.

My observation of Autism affected children are having less vitamin D 3 ie less than 10 , may be the conceived mother might have had less than vitamin D 3 at the same of conceive time and the same might have passed on the child born on rare cases, it's better all conceived mom to take vitamin d 3 test and can have necessary vitamin d 3 supplements till the baby birth
