I have a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 with a bed liner.The bulkhead is a separate piece piece from the rails. The question is, since my bulk dead is at the same height level as the side rails, is there an issue after applying the bulk head seal to get the screw heads (knobs) low enough to slide the lock to secure the cover?

There will not be an issue. The seal is a foam roll, it will not keep the bulk head rail up high enough to interfere with the operation or installation of the cover.

Did they change these covers up?... I just bought one for my brand new ram and it doesn't have those 2 holes in the front of the rails with the screws that go down inside the risk on each side?!? I'm confused
