someone added a comment that they thought vinyl (as in the type used for car decals) would work just as well. My sons soccer club wants me to personalise some of their footballs and I wondered if you could let me know which method would be the most effective and hard wearing? Thanks

Rory, all of the vinyl that we have put on sports balls has really only been for look, they're not very durable. But if you're going to personalize, I would recommend Siser Easyweed. Alexis @ TRW

With things like this, they're best used as display pieces if you want it to last. Even the stamped paint and color from the ball logo etc will fade and get scuffed up with use just as easily :-) -TRW Crystal

I would think that outdoor vinyl would be better. No heat, plus it would take the wear and tear of outdoors, wet grass, etc.

Hey! We don't really use it, so it has lasted quite a while. I wouldn't really recommend the ball for play, rather, for display. :) TRW Nick

Hello, It hasn't gotten very much use, so it is still lasting well. I wouldn't really recommend the ball for play, rather, for display. TRW, Grant

With the mini iron, there's not really a set temperature to advise to use as there's not really a consistent temperature with irons. TRW Alexis

Unfortunately we don't send out pre-cut vinyl transfers as there is a good chance of them being damaged in the mail. TRW Alexis
