great video! i was wondering if you can help me with a question from the ontario truck and coach technician exam about steering gear box rebuild, it goes What is the first step to reassembling the steering box? A. Determine the steering high spot B. Adjust the worn gear preload C. Adjust the sector shaft preload D. Determine the sector gear backlash i would really appreaciate the help

Once you line up the "R", pull the input shaft out, while saving the ball bearing, where are the two rings you speak about? My gearbox is leaking from the very tip of the input shaft that has that notch for the bolt.
