Today we are installing the crankshaft, transmission assembly, shift forks, and shift drum then bolting the center cases together.
The only hiccup I ran into was in the very beginning. Turns out the crank bearings are received were the wrong size. Not the vendors fault as they were stamped the correct size from SKF, the manufacturer. Crank bearings are a 63/28 bearing, the bearings are received were stamped 63/28 but were actually a 63/25 bearings. Just a little beyond and interference fit. The vendor I purchased from was great. They immediately got replacements shipped out to me so I could swap them and continue with my build.
