See.....adding the brown sugar is necessary. I personally don't find sweet potato fries to have any sweetness at all. You have to doctor them up. They pale in comparison to white potato fries.🥔 🍟

I really want try all of then and the different settings! I love how you can use a microwave setting to get them tender, and the air frier to crisp them up. I love sweet potatoes and they all look so good! I really need to invest with these. I have a supper small kitchen ! Love you guys and all your tries!

I vote for the Ned's curly fries! The truffle oil elevated the dish and made it fancy, while making a garlic aioli was a nice, creative touch!
