As an Irish person, Zack talking about the famine made me laugh so hard, Welcome to your irish history lesson brought to you by an Irish teenager: The Irish people rarely ate anything but potatoes in the 1800s because they were filling and easy to grow in mass amounts and in 1845 there was a blight causing all the potatoes to be rotten meaning people were starving and 1 million people died and 2 million emigrated mostly to America

Fun Fact: The Cherokee and Choctaw Nations during the Irish Potato Famine actually raised and sent hundreds of dollars to the Irish in repay for the peacefulness Irish Settlers had displayed towards the tribes. And in 2020 in remembering of that Irish People set up a GoFundMe that raised 4 Million Dollars for Native Americans because of the gratitude they had showed the Irish 170 Years ago.

@@mynameisnothere9465 nah, its curious as i thought it was bs when i first heard but many people dont know. but its more to do with the avocado itself than the other ingredients. basically to grow them on the scale needed for how much people consume it these days they exploits bees and use mobile beehives. it depends on how "strict" of a vegan you want to be.

Some ketchup contains sugar processed using bone char from cows. They are not vegan. Certified organic ketchup is vegan, though. And butter does contain some lactose, which is carbohydrate. Depends how strict your diet is for either.

That is how it feels to actually be vegan. 😂 constant questions that shouldn’t be a question such as “are potatoes vegan?” “Can you have bread?” “It has ketchup does that mean you can’t eat it?” All of which are a small portion of the multiple questions I’ve been asked in the past. All of which are okay, I love to educate. But those ones get me a little bit lol

Actually in a lot of countries around the world McDonald's fries are vegan, I guess you'd have to look it up on the specific country's McDonald's website to make sure though. And yes, as a vegetarian that tries to eat plant-based more often I find the views of some omnivores on this rather offensive. Keith is right though, once you've changed your diet long enough you actually crave veggies. I never was the biggest fan of meat taste anyway, but I think people need to see and eat proper vegetarian or vegan dishes before they get to hate on us. I see it as "they're majorly missing out on some extremely yummy foods".

I have been vegan for 4 years and I've tried all the fast food. If you want something super satisfying taco bell black bean crunch wrap supreme no sour cream or cheese and add guacamole. It is filling, gives fast food vibes for when you want it, and has a bunch of different textures.
