Had this bug once too, its ultra rare... had it once in 140 hours of playing. Maybe this happens when u jump+mount up

in order to fix this and not die (because sometimes you may have runes on the ground that you dont wanna lose) immediately quit to main menu and rejoin. whats happening is youre stuck in a fall animation, and the game insta kills you (and any npc) who stays in a falling animation for a long enough time. also when you rejoin you might see torrent as a stationary npc but he wont do anything until you resummon him to ride

Fell near downward path towards the painting in the poisonous manor spot. Got stuck between the hut and the slope and got Thanos snapped. 120 hours of gametime, singular occurrence - RARE bug 😅.

There is this boss in a field, a black knight on a horse with a flail i think. I killed the horse at the same moment he hit a wall, then he kinda disappeared in the wall, and when he came back, the boss was riding like that in the air with no more horse, oh and his health was back to 100% it was a really shitty bug lol

This bug killed me during the Radahn fight while he was at 1% health.

That death sound scared me so bad
