In Dharmic spiritual traditions (Hinduism) from Nepal and India, the third eye refers to the Ajna (or brow) chakra.[2] The third eye refers to the gate that leads to the inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness. In spirituality, the third eye often symbolizes a state of enlightenment or the evocation of mental images having deeply personal spiritual, or psychological significance. The third eye is often associated with religious visions, the ability to observe chakras and auras,[3] and out-of-body experiences.
In Hinduism and Buddhism, the third eye is said to be located around the middle of the forehead, slightly above the junction of the eyebrows, representing the enlightenment one achieves through meditation.[4][5] Hindus also place a "tilaka" between the eyebrows as a representation of the third eye,[6] Buddhists regard the third eye as the "eye of consciousness," representing the vantage point from which enlightenment beyond one's physical sight is achieved.[4]
In Taoism and many traditional Chinese religious sects, "third eye training" involves focusing attention on the point between the eyebrows with the eyes closed and while the body is in various qigong postures. The goal of this training is to allow students to tune into the correct "vibration" of the universe and gain a solid foundation on which to reach a more advanced meditative state. Taoism teaches that the third eye, also called the mind's eye, is situated between the two physical eyes and expands up to the middle of the forehead when opened. Taoism asserts that the third eye is one of the main energy centers of the body located at the sixth Chakra, forming a part of the main meridian, the line separating the left and right hemispheres of the body.[7]
According to the Christian teaching of Father Richard Rohr, the concept of the third eye is a metaphor for non-dualistic thinking, the way the mystics see. In Rohr's concept, mystics employ the first eye (sensory input such as sight) and the second eye (the eye of reason, meditation, and reflection), "but they know not to confuse knowledge with depth, or mere correct information with the transformation of consciousness itself. The mystical gaze builds upon the first two eyes-and yet goes further."[8]
Adherents of theosophist H. P. Blavatsky have suggested that the third eye is, in fact, the partially dormant pineal gland, which resides between the two hemispheres of the brain.[9] According to this belief, humans had in far ancient times an actual third eye in the back of the head with a physical and spiritual function. I'm in the process of a third eye opening at the moment, heart chakra release, and a crown awakening too. I've been processing a lot of trauma lately and coming to terms with everything. I feel like I have achieved a natural high. It's like I've become a completely different person. Almost no anxiety now, feeling confidence. Feeling compassion for everyone now, actually listening to them instead of being in my head. Ive been practicing gratitude journalling, and meditation to just get me to sit with what I was feeling. it started flowing out all of the negative energy in my body, and now I feel a tsunami of positive energy inside of me. Mental health is important. I quit all drugs, expect for alcohol for a year and a half. I'm just smoking some weed now but I will only do it on weekends, as I do with alcohol. I'm finally able to control my use, I feel much more stable now. It served me well, taught me valuable life lessons. I was suicidal at one point, and now I feel like a completely new person. I'm just grateful to be alive. To have all these people who love being around me. I finally feel joy in things again like when I was a kid. Take care of yourself, try not to be too harsh. Everyone processes things differently, and it's okay to partake in "bad activities". You are human, and you're just doing your best with what you've got. That's all anyone could ask for. I hope my message inspires anyone to dive into what they're feeling, provided you must have a good mindset to do it. Diving into things you are not ready for could be dangerous. Go at your own pace. Everyone have a blessed 2022, sending out good vibes.

I was so stressed and tired. I found this video. I thought it might calm my mind. I thought it might open my third eye and give me a clear idea of what I should do. I listened to the music for a while in bed. After a while, I suddenly got up. An idea of a trip came to me out of nowhere. Really. Out of blue. I booked a trip and took a week off from work on the spot. I was surprised at the impulsive decision. But I thought it would refreshen me up. - I went there. Then I realised that I had postponed the trip there for 20 years. The place I had been avoiding, and longing to be there at the same time, for 20 years. The reason I moved to this place where I am now, 20 years ago. When I stood there, the memories came back so fresh. The trip concluded my past. I needed to be there. Thank you so much.

I just wanna say, this is incredibly uplifting, the comment section especially with all the positive energy everybody here is putting out, love to all, I'm about 4 hours into one of the most intense journeys I've ever been on, and I've been listening to this the whole time, restarting the video at random times so it never runs out. To anyone who stumbles upon this comment, you are important and appreciated, even if sometimes people don't take the few seconds to tell you so. You are not alone in your journey, we are all a part of the same collective energy. I myself am in the process of making so many new discoveries about myself, and the universe, as well as the third eye, which holds so many mysteries in itself, each level of understanding is just that, a new step forward to a whole world of possibilities and questions to which the answers will be held within. Wherever and whomever you are, just know that while adversity shows itself in many forms, and will always be a part of life as a whole, its purpose is to be overcome, and to give us the building blocks we need in order to make ourselves into better people. You got this. Somebody cares, things will be okay, and if nothing else, if this is the only thing you take away from this whole entire thing let it be this, sometimes the things we crave so desperately to be told by others can only be satisfied by our own personal takeaway on the subject, and the answers we find for ourselves upon unlocking a level of deeper understanding. Time will show you the answer to everything you've been wondering about and stressing over, the key is patience. Listen to what you feel. Based on my own personal experience throughout even just writing this comment, vast amounts of personal growth can happen in just moments, minutes, hours with a simple thought process, and most often times, the best advice we could possibly receive comes from ourselves in what we tell others when they confide in us. Listen to yourself, you know what you're talking about, if you didn't, why would you come up with the solutions that you do? Nobody speaks or voices their opinion without a reason, never let anyone make you feel as though you do. Do not let another person cause you to second guess yourself. The energy bred from it is negative, and will only lead to self doubt, which will cause your overall performance to decline, therefore realizing what you were afraid of from the beginning in the very action of trying to prevent itself from happening. Don't let yourself fall into that cycle. Believe in yourself. For if you do not even believe in yourself, nobody else is going to believe in you either, because all of the energy that you will put out is negative, that of someone who is unsure. If you are unsure in yourself, how are you to be sure in anything you do? At which point, others will see this, they will feel the energy this puts off, and it will cause them to be unsure of you as well. There is never anything wrong with asking questions, if you didn't, how else would you learn? In that same regard, there is also nothing wrong with the urge to voice your mind, everybody has it, it's simply another aspect of life. If you want to act on something or say something about anything that you feel, believe, or ponder about, you should always do so. No matter what your mind tells you, and what doubts try to slither their way in, at the end of the day, you are your own person, the master of your life is you, and you are the ultimate controller of your circumstance, and what you do about what happens to you. It is not what happens to a person that defines you, but it is how you react to what happens to you in everyday life, and it can be the simplest of things, such as spilling your coffee, or returning a friendly smile from a coworker, friend, family member, etcetera. It is also more heavily in part the big things in life, the death of a loved one, the love of your life, the endless balance of the light and the dark in the world and all things in between. How you are in these instances stays with people. It stays in their minds, it is what they think of most heavily when they think of you, as well as what comes to their minds first, and there is nothing they can do about that, for it is simply human nature. There is however something you can do about the perception that people will have about you. Whether it is a large or small factor in your mind, it matters very heavily what others think of you. In our jobs, in our hunger for education and knowledge about the things we do not yet understand or comprehend, in our very lives at home during our most interpersonal of times. Our family, our friends, all of them possess the active decision making to choose to keep us in their lives every day when they wake up, and if you are not careful and wary of this, and mindful of the things that you say and you do, those special people will begin to remove themselves from your life, one by one, as every person has a limit to how much they can take, do, and process, before finding themselves overwhelmed, in need of removal from the situation or person that is causing such negativity to stir in their daily lives, even if, and sometimes because, that person loves you, with everything they have, and however much it hurts, to do for you what they feel is best in the end, and will benefit you the most across the entirety of your life, and that is to leave it, and within their departure, a building block of improvement to make yourself that much wiser, if you so choose to do so with it. It is all in how you perceive what happens to you and how you react to it. In present, in hindsight, and especially in the future to come. Our very lives are delicate and precious, something we stand the risk of losing every day that we exist. Appreciate your life, and do the best you can to do onto others the utmost kindness and respect that we ourselves crave in our every day lives. Pay it forward, for if we don't, there is none to go around. In order to accomplish anything in your life you must be willing to take the first step of that journey, of which I am only beginning, and as you will come to discover much sooner than you had ever hoped, is always the most difficult and pressing and it is meant to challenge us and make us fret. Do not give up. Every day is a battle against the forces of negativity, which can only be overcome with resilience, and a positive outlook and intent, at the start of every day that you live on this beautiful earth. Some days we don't win. But we never lose until we give up, until we quit. That's what life is about. To me, at least, and the answer will vary with every person that you ask, because the meaning of life to every individual will always be different, and that is the answer. Your respective meaning of life is held within yourself, to be discovered before the end of your time on this earth. What you choose to do with it, and whether or how you find your answer, are all to be determined by you. Be patient, and have faith in yourself, for you are the only one that has your back at the end of the day, at every corner, unless you don't. All of which, is determined by yourself, and what you choose to do with your gift of life, for that is what it is, a gift. Even if you do not choose to see it that way. Peace and love to all, and you do the best you can to have a wonderful rest of your day. ☺

Man, this video really works. I meditated while listening to this, and I got so deep into my third eye I saw the All Seeing Eye look and blink right at me. It didn’t even look like the one on the thumbnail, it looked a lot more realistic. This video really works guys

No it doesn't look that same. Make a triangle with your thumbs and pointer finger and place your thumbs on the tip of your nose and pointer fingers between your eyebrows at your third eye then look at that point your eyes go kinda cross then look up. You'll see so much it's crazy. Idk if I explained this so you can understand but try it it works

Psilocybin saved my life. I was addicted to heroin for 15 years and after Psilocybin treatment I will be 3 years clean in September. I have zero cravings. This is something that truly needs to be more broadly used in addiction treatment.

When I was younger in a deep depression I was laying in bed crying in the dark. Suddenly a mysterious voice of a woman comes to me and asks why I am worried. reassures me that I have nothing to fear and that everything will be explained at the end. She shared with me incredible love and it felt like her hands were on me. That feeling I had that night is a reminder of gods love and the light that comes from us

Listened to this during a 250-300ug acid trip + weed. It blew my mind and sent me into space for a solid 3 hours. It was one of the most beautiful experiences I've ever had. Temporarily, I became the universe yet I was also nothing at the same time. I felt like a new person when I came back to reality.

Lol I grew up in the 80’s - window pane micro dot purple Pegasus blue unicorn 🦄 blotter - shrooms - and opium- Thai STICKS - WE TRIPPED BALLS ON THE REGULAR LOL but one time stands out still.....(I was probably 17ish - I’m 52 now - STILL A DAILY STONER .....all day long - funny thing is that I remember saying at 14 the first time I smoked ....I SAID IM GONNA BE A STONER TILL I DIE ....words of wisdom.... ANYWAY I had the most insane experience at Disneyland ....was probably on a good two tab dose and was wishing that we had gone to magic mountain (omfg there’s no better rush than the free fall ride when you are tripping....it’s like HOURS before the ride drops you and your adrenaline goes thru the roof (like adrenochrome but no dead 💀 babies) ANYWAY.....it was boring and I was just wanting to go to the car to blaze and drink a beer but my boyfriend says let’s go on the shrinking ATOM ride (literally the STUPIDEST RIDE there - it was like the kid rides but educational science shit (it was in adventure land - never a line - it’s gone now I’m sure )))) Well we get in the little half moon swivel car and the bar locks and I’m like ok 👌 this will be over in a min THEN WE WILL BLAZE -- nope 👎 I had the most profound experience I’ve ever had- the narrator talks about how the universe is atoms ⚛️ and it’s black dark w these visuals of space and matter and it was like a guided meditation 🧘‍♀️ or something because I BECAME THE SHRINKING ATOM - I was getting smaller and smaller and I was so immersed into the experience that I was convinced that I WAS SHRINKING AND I GOT SO FREAKED OUT BECAUSE I WAS LITERALLY DISSOLVING - I WAS BEING BROKEN DOWN SMALLER AND SMALLER SO THAT I LITERALLY FELT MYSELF DISAPPEARING INTO MYSELF- i was just one little atom and I was sure that I was gone that I had been shown how small I really was and how easily I could be absorbed into what I now call SOURCE- that I was a speck of nothing and I had been thinking I was so much more than I was...... it felt like a soul death or something like a dark night- a profound lesson from the universe and I was never gonna come back....i was so full of regret and thought 💭 I was dead 💀..... the ride ended and we were outside in the sun ☀️ and it was still so crazy that I had to really try to get out of the nothing and back to reality and it was hard to understand why my friends and boyfriend were cracking up so hard cuz I WAS ASKING THEM IF THEY COULD SEE ME / and if I was still there - and how big was I (I guess I figured that they would stick me in their pocket or just forget about me cuz I really thought I had shrunk to one tiny insignificant atom and got swallowed up by the universe. It was something that I will never forget and it just seemed scary back then ....but now I understand that I really am nothing and one day soon I will return to my creator .....in EXACTLY THE SAME WAY - and my ego death 💀 dark night and satanic ritual abuse and MK monarch Masonic programming that had been controlling me is now my STRENGTH AND MY PURPOSE-MY SERVICE TO SELF CAUSED PANIC FEAR AND I WAS ALWAYS RUNNING 🏃‍♀️.....NOW I SEE IT ALL FOR WHAT IT IS AND I AM SO BLESSED TO HAVE GONE THROUGH A LIFE OF TRAUMA and it couldn’t ever stick - I was born remembering past live(s) ( well one clear memory of an incident that I was like 5/6 years old and got busted for helping my friend- she had locked herself in the bathroom stall and was crying so I crawled under to help her and A OLD LADY- like the queen old lol - but a MEAN ass NUN - and she thought I was peeping or something perverted - SHE STOOD ME IN THE FRONT OF THE WHOLE CLASS AND SMACKED THE FUCK OUT OF MY HANDS W A BIG WOOD RULER - and nobody said anything about what really happened- I was just GUILTY AND PUNISHED- guess an analogy of my life lol NOT a past life but my future... these freaks will do the craziest things to keep their shhhhh secrets - raped from 4-11 split my personality and layered PORTALS into me - I am in the super soldier trauma mind control (the constant state of hyper vigilance and trauma loss pain ARE SUPPOSED TO HONE YOUR SKILLS- but they were stupid to think 🤔 I’d not FLIP THE SCRIPT on them - IM A LEMURIAN star seed or wanderer - I was never a SLAVE- I am from a higher dimension - I was SOLD into the NASA elementary school program by a generational family of witches high rank IRREGULAR LODGE FREAK PEDO masons - Scott rite - shit his mom was a WITCH AND SHE JUST WOULD SAY IT LIKE no big whoop - BUT I REMEMBER THE NEAR DROWNING RITUAL THAT WAS IN A FUCKING PARK IN BROAD DAYLIGHT- nobody had a clue what they had done - but I knew it was OFF - his entire family was there and they were all so happy - as I sat in the lil alum boat wrapped up in a GUNNEY FISH SACK - soaking wet and terrified..... there’s a pic of me that triggered the memory- I am not running away anymore- NOPE IM PLOTTING AND PLANNING..... With your mind and meditation, give it a try. relax and get into the vibration. Sit somewhere quiet, less distractions, put on headphones and let the music take your mind,.your mind will naturally wander off to different thoughts and you observe them with no judgement, and then you go further and further and further till theres no thoughts to think because you've addressed them all and let them go. Then you realize all the thoughts that are taking up space are just worries projected from your ego. Then you unpack all of that , and let it go.then you just keep letting things go, until you reach the point of realizing that everything is as it is, that existence is a wave and there are ups and downs, and your feelings towards those ups and downs, but you make peace with ALL of your thoughts and yourself, and finally let go and be happy and enjoy this present moment. And that sir, is how 😌. please try it out, and lmk how it goes, have you ever tried meditating?

Something about listening to this while reading the comments is so healing! Thank you for existing and showing your beautiful hearts here. For four decades I have been working to protect basic human freedoms and animal rights and the last year has knocked the wind out of my sails a bit - we appeared to be going backwards not forwards in respecting the earth and each other. But then I thought of how a ruberband works. When they gradually took away freedoms little by little the band slowly got tighter and tighter. But when they took them all away at once the band of oppression broke or sprang free suddenly. The comments here renew my belief that humanity can live as one big loving helpful sharing and caring family here. ❤

I’ve found it about a week ago and have had the most incredible, intricate dreams every night! Ever since I have started meditating, it seems I can plan my life ahead and really good chain actions have began to happen to me, thank you Universe I know someone out there is looking after me, I appreciate your presence and hope the rest of humans will start living by listening to our hearts rather than material things, sustainability and low energy initiatives just be taken seriously by everyone and living truly in harmony with nature while working together as global civilization rather than greedy states competing with each other over material things. I have been suffering at the hands of the world for a long time. I made many follies and the whole world rubbed salt in my wounds to make sure they never healed time and time again. To think that we are one is disturbing news. Makes me ponder why i ended up in this mess. Why couldnt i have taken a path with more furfillment and joy instead of this desolate dying road.
