I think if someone doesn’t like the winning dish, they should get to pick one of the other dishes to exchange because several people have gotten to the winning dish and hated it, but you also don’t want to eat the punishment, so you lose either way! That’s no fair

I still think it'd be a much better reward to not only let them have the reward food, but also get to choose 1 of the 4 previous dishes as well. I find that the reward food is almost always not as good as one of the previous foods they passed on.
