From Brooklyn Nine-Nine, the NBC series revolving around Jake Peralta (Andy Samberg), a New York City Police Department (NYPD) detective in Brooklyn's fictional 99th Precinct, who often comes into conflict with his commanding officer, the serious and stern Captain Raymond Holt (Andre Braugher). 'covered in condiments' made me think of the store manager i had at my first job. He ate a hamburger and had sauce all over the front of his shirt but just didn't seem to notice (i don't think he was all there).
