💥ALMOND CAKE💥
INGREDIENTS :
🌱half cup oil
🌱6 tbsp melted butter
🌱3/4 cup sugar
🌱3 eggs
🌱 half cup buttermilk(mix half cup milk with half tsp vinegar)
🌱1 cup flour(maida)
🌱1 n half tsp baking powder
🌱1 tsp vanilla powder or extract
🌱Half cup almonds chopped
For the Pan :
8 Inch pan
Parchment paper
2 tbsp semi solid butter
Half cup Almond slices( 8 tbsp)

🔹️Method:
Preheat oven at 180c
Take 8 inch pan and line with parchment paper.
In a bowl Mix oil ,sugar ,then add eggs and beat well, add buttermilk and mix.
Then add flour(sieve it) mix, add baking powder mix, add vanilla powder/extract, Mix, then add chopped almonds.mix everything.
Prepare the pan, spread the thick butter layer over the pan, add sliced almonds, press a bit with hands. Now add batter into the pan. Tap the pan twice to get rid of air bubbles.Bake at 180c for 35-40 minutes till a skewer comes out clean.

📌Take it out, let it cool completely for 15-20 mins,cut into slices and enjoyyyy with your Chai/coffee
📌You can add any flavour of your choice into this cake batter, add more nuts, any favourite fruits, coffee, cinnamon, lemon juice, orange juice.
